How do I place an order?

Add your products to the basket, check the total and the delivery charges, then confirm by entering your address and payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank card (including Apple Pay and Google Pay) and Bancontact, via a secure payment provider. We do not store your card details.

Are the prices inclusive of VAT?

Yes, all displayed prices include all taxes (VAT 20%).

Which countries do you deliver to?

France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Austria, Italy and Spain (excluding islands).

What are the charges and delivery times?

Shipping costs: France, Belgium and Luxembourg: 6,90 € up to 2 kg, 12,90 € from 2 to 5 kg, 14,90 € from 5 to 30 kg ; Germany: 6,90 € up to 2 kg, 8,90 € from 2 to 5 kg, 9,90 € from 5 to 30 kg ; Austria: 6,90 € up to 2 kg, 7,90 € from 2 to 5 kg, 8,90 € from 5 to 30 kg ; Italy: 8,90 € up to 2 kg, 10,90 € from 2 to 5 kg, 12,90 € from 5 to 30 kg ; Spain (excluding islands): 8,90 € up to 2 kg, 9,90 € from 2 to 5 kg, 14,90 € from 5 to 30 kg. How can I track my parcel?

The parcel is tracked by the carrier; we will send you the tracking information by email.

Returns

Can I return a product?

Yes: you have 14 days after receipt to change your mind. Write to us with your order number and we will tell you what to do next.

My parcel arrived damaged, what should I do?

Take photos of the parcel and the product and write to us within 72 hours. We will find a solution: replacement or refund.

Are all the stones identical to the photo?

No. Stones are natural materials: the colour, shape and veining vary slightly from one piece to another.

Do the stones heal?

No. The virtues mentioned are based on tradition. Stones and incense do not replace the advice of a healthcare professional.

How can I use incense and sage safely?

Always use a heat-resistant dish, ventilate the room, never leave a flame unattended and keep them away from children and animals.
